Getting There
Getting There
The easiest airports for the weekend are San Francisco International (SFO), Oakland International (OAK), and Sacramento International (SMF). Depending on traffic, the drive into Napa Valley is usually 60–90 minutes. If you’d like flexibility for wineries, brunch, and nearby towns, renting a car is the easiest option.
Where to Stay
We recommend booking accommodations in Napa, Yountville, or St. Helena as early as you can — September is a busy season in wine country. We’ve shared a few hotel suggestions below to make planning easier.
Shuttles & Parking
Complimentary parking will be available at Meadowbrook Estate for all wedding events. For Saturday evening, a guest shuttle will run between the Napa Valley Marriott and the venue so everyone can celebrate comfortably.
Make a Weekend of It
Things to Do
Turn the trip into a full weekend away with a few of our favorite stops around Napa Valley — from great coffee and long lunches to scenic views and memorable experiences.
Breakfast at Oxbow Public Market
A great first stop for coffee, pastries, oysters, and local favorites. Perfect if you want a relaxed Napa morning with plenty of options in one place.
Wine Tasting in St. Helena
Spend an afternoon wandering through tasting rooms, beautiful estates, and sun-soaked vineyard views. If you plan to visit a few, reservations are a good idea.
Sunrise Balloon Ride
For the adventurous, a hot air balloon ride over the valley is the kind of experience you’ll talk about long after the weekend ends.
Yountville Stroll
Boutiques, tasting rooms, gardens, and some of the area’s best food all within a charming walkable town — ideal for a slow afternoon between events.

We adore your little ones, but our wedding day will be an adults-only celebration with the exception of immediate family. We hope this gives everyone a chance to enjoy the evening fully.
September in Napa is typically warm and sunny during the day, with cooler evenings once the sun goes down. We recommend bringing a light layer for the reception.
